Within the category ‘Online Presence’, I offer two distinct services. The two ‘Online packages’ refer to your business’ social networking presence. The two ‘Website packages’ refer to your current website. Each service also includes a ‘combination’ offer. Details are below. These are described as if for a school, however the concepts are applicable for all business types.
Online package 1: facebook and twitter $400 per month
This package covers creation and maintenance of your school’s facebook and twitter accounts, with daily monitoring. Your school community will receive one facebook update and two tweets on a daily basis, keeping them up-to-date with the current happenings in your school. Comments on facebook, and replies and direct messages on twitter, will also be responded to in an appropriate and timely manner.
Online package 2: Wikipedia and online school directory $400 per month
This package covers the creation of a page for your school on Wikipedia, and its weekly maintenance. It also covers page revision on a monthly basis, or as required by your school. Finally, it covers creation and maintenance of information for an online school directory of your school’s choice.
Online combination: $750 per month
This package covers both online packages 1 and 2, at a saving of $50 per month.
Website package 1: Analytical report $250 flat fee
This package covers the analysis of your school’s current website. A report detailing problems in content, layout and user-friendliness will be accompanied by recommendations. These will outline specific ways to improve your website, so that it reflects your current school culture and curriculum.
Website package 2: Website maintenance $450 per month
This package covers the entire process after website package 1. Your school website will be reconstructed according to your specifications. It will then be maintained, with revisions made on a weekly basis if required.
Online presence combination: $1200 per month
This incorporates online packages 1 and 2, and website packages 1 and 2.
